We approach every inspection as both a technical evaluation and an education for the buyer.
Request an inspection →A thorough inspection should leave you better informed—not simply more concerned. We explain how the home works, what deserves attention now, and what to plan for over time.
We take time to walk buyers through the property, answer questions in plain language, and put findings in context. Our goal is that you understand the home—not just the report.
A concern in an antique home, new construction property, or large estate can mean very different things depending on the materials, systems, and history of the home. We assess the whole picture.
Not every finding carries the same weight. We help distinguish immediate concerns, practical maintenance, and items to monitor so you can move forward with clarity.
Questions do not always end on inspection day. As long as you own the home, we are available to answer questions, revisit a concern, or take another look when it would be helpful.
